New Features

• added session status option with imperative labels - ... NOW!!
• method to allow session status to be changed, only certain paths allowed - one day someone will try to pause a stopped session
• created "warning" error response for some actions - things aren't always as bad as they seem
• allow sessions to start with pending judges - some people are never going to be on time..

Improvements

• judge invite creation response gives breakdown of the good and the bad - but, despite trying, can't find anything that can be called "ugly"

Fixes

• when session running, only show links to real users - enough of those pesky fake people..
