• added option to "invite self" as judge - the story behind this is surprisingly interesting and complex..
• added option to resend judge invitation - pester with impunity..

Improvements

• removed back to top option from header - seemed like a good idea at the time..

Fixes

• pie chart view now cuts off values at 100% - you can have too much of a good thing..
• changed default email icon from svg to jpg - expert group beats scalable vector every time..
• problem with background refresh causing form elements to reset - now you see it, now you don't..
