• Added a whole new instrumentation layer to deployment - lots of new toys for us..

Improvements

• Extended filter methods to get full list of judges and items from session - all present and correct
• Use imperative form of status by default - it's just the mood we're in..
• Add more options for session judge filters - who is or isn't working..

Fixes

• Extended some filters to allow for multiple options with AND
• change session item filter based on status - include everyone until we start
