What's happening?

We will completing some upgrades to the system infrastructure on Sunday 18th August. While this work is being completed the system will be unavailable.

We anticipate that the system will be unavailable for most of the day. Updates will be provided.

Why is this happening?

Maintaining and improving the system infrastructure helps to ensure that we can provide a robust and reliable service. This work is completed on an ongoing basis with no loss of service.

This upgrade is focused on ensuring the system has the ability to scale in anticipation of more people using the system more often.

How will this impact you?

You will not be able to log in and use the system on Sunday 18th August while the work is being completed. We expect this to take a large part of the day.

There will be no effect on any exisiting sessions or session data already in the system.
