Working with your IT Support

If you have IT support it might be a good idea to get them familiar with RM Compare as early as possible. They will know the peculiarities of your own context as well as having a good grounding in technology.
Roles and Permissions
You will probably want your IT support to be a Licence Centre Administrator. To do this they will need to complete the following steps
- Register as a Session Creator against your Licence Centre by using your unique Licence Centre Code.
- Make a Support Request to have their account upgraded to a Licence Centre Administrator (this is something right now that can only be done at RM Compare towers).
Introducing them to RM Compare
The best place to point them to is this Product Portal, and specifically the Help Centre.
