NEW! ⚡NOW LbE Reporting

Learning by Evaluating is one of the most powerful use cases for RM Compare. At the most basic level it helps users to quickly achieve an understanding or relative quality (aka 'tacit knowledge') by looking at a a range of responses, both good and bad. The benefits to the learner are profound and have been shown to have a direct impact on improving outcomes for everyone, regardless of ability.

Extensive research has been completed on this effect by partners around the world, and we have reported on a number of case studies in the past in both K-12 and HE sectors. We have also explained how this relates to the principle of 'guild knowledge'.

Developing a shared understanding of quality - fast

The new ⚡|NOW reporting allows a user to view work from the standard that is of a similar standard to their own, as well as work that is of a quality that is a little higher and a little lower.

What next for LbE reporting?

This is just the start! We know we can enhance the current reporting with additional information to help the learner to understand the relative quality of their own work, and how they might improve it.

Currently this type of report is only available on RM Compare |⚡NOW which supports our new User Interface (UI) - this is being gradually applied to all parts of the existing system - 💻Studio, 🧭Hub, 📳Live.

LbE reporting availability
