At its heart RM Compare is a collaborative system that is designed to bring together learners, educators, trainers, assessors and accreditors in a wide variety of contexts. The possibilities suddenly got a LOT more exciting with this latest release.

The release of Licence Centre and Connector technology allows our users to think entirely differently about the potential of using Adaptive Comparative Judgement at scale.

RM Compare sessions can suddenly be a lot bigger in a world that looks a lot smaller!!

10X thinking

10x thinking - a term often associated with Google - is a powerful innovation strategy that encourages aiming for solutions that are ten times better than the current state of the art, rather than settling for incremental improvements. This approach, also known as "moonshot thinking," is about pushing the boundaries of what is currently possible and tackling seemingly impossible challenges.

The RM Compare team continues to be 'moonshot' endeavour.

• Ambitious goals: We have focuses on addressing challenges that affect hundreds of millions of people and seeking solutions that are radically different from existing offerings. How can our users run ACJ sessions across hundreds of centres using thousands of Judges and millions of Items?
• Removing constraints: By setting audacious goals, 10x thinking removes constraints and empowers creativity, allowing our team to think beyond conventional limitations. How can our users self serve very large sessions?
• Attracting talent: Big challenges are more of a draw in ambitious individuals, helping us to attract and retain top talent. We have recently onboarded more '10x thinkers' onto the Team. How can we get industry leading talent to help us build amazing things?
• Culture of excellence: Thinking and doing big inspires a culture of excellence across beyond the RM Compare Team. How can our work help others?

Implementation

• Empower creative thinking: We provide our Team with the freedom to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo - in this case we are looking at a completely new way of assessing from the traditional RM Assessment products.
• Foster collaboration: We encourage diverse teams to work together as 10x thinking often results from combining different perspectives and expertise. We work closely with users from a waide variety of contexts and roles.
• Celebrate failure: We recogniee that failure is a natural part of pursuing ambitious goals and use it as a learning opportunity. Our key metric is speed of learning.

This simple process of joining together Licence Centres opens up the possibility of running very large, collaborative RM Compare sessions with ease. We call these 'Multi-Cohort Sessions'.
