RM Compare Newsletter January 2024
The RM Compare Team starts the new year with higher levels than ever of anticipation and excitement. Our team is growing fast as we look to meet the ever-increasing demand for the RM Compare system around the world.
In the early part of the year, we will be releasing some improvements to the system User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX). The overall 'flow' of the system will be improved to make the end-to-end experience more intuitive and coherent. By improving the overall experience for Administrators and Judges we expect all users to get more value out of the system by completing even more successful sessions.
The UI / UX improvements will be a key part in our move from BETA to General Availability. More on this soon!
Using your AI Assistant to super-power RM Compare
Looking back at our first Newsletter of 2023 it is interesting to see the perspective at the time on the possible influence of AI. This is something we continue to think about a lot. RM Compare continues to focus very much on the human experience of assessment - a comparative approach is uniquely placed to promote skills and competencies for example.
There is considerable value right now in using an AI assistant with RM Compare. The content in our product portal is updated regularly. There are help articles, training videos, blogs and case studies. We have always published these publicly as a free resource to new, old and potential users. This means that the content is accessible to AI assistants.
A recent article on the matter of Time to Judgement and Workload provides some further examples of how you might consider using an AI assistant.
In the example below you can see how the RM Compare Help Centre can be used with a browser AI Assistant (Microsoft Co-Pilot in this case).
Our intention is to continue to push out high quality content on a regular basis with the expectation that over time this will enhance your AI Assistant experience. Expect to see even more blog posts, help article and videos over the coming months.
