Using Connectors
I would like to connect with other organisations.
What will the connection allow?
Collaborate at scale with the power of Multi-Cohort sessions.
With Connectors in place you can now start to create sessions and invite other organisations to participate.
In a Multi-Cohort scenario you will create a Base Session and invite connected organisations to contribute Items and / or Judges. Any Session Administrator at a connected organisation can contribute.
Once all the contributions are received and verified, you can merge things together to create and run a combined session.

How do I make a connection?
Purchasing a connector
- Connector licenses can be purchased using an online form. See pricing information.
- Note: Connectors can only be purchased by Enterprise License holders but can be used to connect with organisations on other plan tiers.
- Once purchased, you will receive a unique code. Share this "connection" code with organisations you wish to connect with.
Getting Connected

- The organisation's admin must follow a series of steps, see more here. Once complete, you will receive an email, and you can complete the approval.
- To do this, click on the profile icon in the top-right corner and select 'Show Connectors'.
- Note: This option is only available to centre admin accounts within your organisation.
- Select 'See Details' on the relevant organisation, 'Approve Connector' and follow the instructions.
- You are ready to set-up a multi-cohort session, see more here.
What should you consider?
- As a Licence Centre Administrator, you are approving this connection to another Licence Centre on behalf of your organisation.
- All sessions created in the connecting Licence Centre (except "Private Sessions") will be visible to your organisation.
- The connection enables all Session Administrators in this Licence Centre to create Multi-Cohort sessions to which the connecting License Centre may be invited.
- The decision to invite contributions using this connection is at the sole discretion of Session Administrators in this Licence Centre
- Licence Centre Administrators in the connecting License Centre may revoke the connection at any time
- A connector is valid for 12 months from the time of a connection being made. The term starts running when a connection is made and are set to auto-renew. Once running a connector is deemed to have been 'used' and cannot be transferred or re-used to make other connections.
