Sessions Visibility

Administrators can see all Session activity involving their Licence Centre

There can be a lot going on in a Licence Centre. Administrators can get a unique 'helicopter' view of all activity.

There is some complexity here - as always, get in touch or log a support request for more information.

The session list

Unlike Session Creators, Licence Centre Administrators can see all activity within a Licence Centre. This includes any activity with connected Licence Centres as part of a Multi-Centre Session.

The Licence Centre Administrator has Read Only access to all sessions and, if permissioned, can extract associated data.

Visibility and Datashare settings

Some sessions may not be visible if Datashare at the Connector or Session level do not follow default settings (For example is the Session Creator has set their session to Private).
