Guidance for using the RM Compare Demonstration Area
There are 2 distinct RM Compare systems available to external users
- RM Compare Production (https://app.compare.rm.com/)
- RM Compare Demo (https://demo.compare.rm.com/)
The Demo System is an 'invite only' area made available primarily to Accredited Partners.
The Demo System provides all of the Features and Functionality described in the production version (excluding the Boundaries and Constraints listed below). It may also contain some new Features and Functionality (see below) that have not yet been released into Production.
Boundaries and Constraints
The Demo System is for demonstration and testing purposes only. It should never be used with customer data (customer Items for example).
The Demo System will not accept Microsoft file formats (EG. .doc, .xls, .ppt). It will accept non-Microsoft file formats, for example .pdf

- Licence Centre Features and Functionality are grouped together and described in Plans, namely Basic, Advanced and Enterprise.

What is an RM Compare Connector Subscription Licence?
The RM Compare Connector Subscription Licence facilitates data transfer between RM Compare Centre Licences through the establishment of 'parent and child' relationships.
- Currently only Licence Centres on an Enterprise Plan can own Connector Licences.
- As such only Enterprise Plan can act as a Parent.
- Only Parents can use their Valid Connector Licences to invite other Licence Centres to connect.
- All Licence Centre Plans (Basic, Advanced and Enterprise) can accept invitations to connect to a Connector Licence as child.
- Currently only Licence Centres on an Enterprise Plan can own Connector Licences.
