Partnership Step 2: Agree and Certify

Let's work together to launch a successful partnership

Services Tiles

Step A: Review Partner Terms

We will work with you to agree partner terms. The Agreement sets out the basis on which you become a Partner with RM. It has been designed to ensure there is a balanced and mutually beneficial relationship.

Step B: Gather your evidence and submit your application

When you are ready you simply need to submit your application through this form. We will review it as fast as possible - we are keen to get you up and running!

The form asks you to self-check against our requirements and demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of the RM Compare system by running a couple of sessions.

In most cases we will ask you to join us on a 60 minute Partner Certification call (see below) to discuss your application and to understand where you might need initial support and guidance. We will also be able to explain the next steps.

Step C: Partner Certification Call

After receiving your application, we will invite you to a 60 minute Certification Call where we will ask you to talk us through your application. This will include a conversation about your 2 Demonstration Sessions where we will be interested in what you did, why you did it and what your learnt. We will also be interested in the other evidence you have submitted.

Preparing for the Partner Certification Call

You will need to have evidence to support your application. This does not needed to be documented however it you should expect to be asked about all aspects of it in the 60 minute Partner Certification Call (see below) with the RM Compare team.

A key part of the Accreditation application process is to complete 2 Demonstration Sessions for review. If you don't already have an RM Compare License you can sign up for the Free Trial to complete this task (Integration Partners may be provided with additional access to the system).

This task is designed for us to explore your approach to designing, setting up and running an RM Compare session. It will allow you to demonstrate your knowledge, understanding and skills.

We strongly recommend you review in depth the content of this site including the Help Centre, Blogs and Case Studies.

Step D: Sign and Accredit

We are now ready to sign the Partner Agreement and confirm Accredited Partner status.

It's now time to onboard.
