Connectors
Connect Licence Centres together to create sessions at scale
Great things happen when Licence Centres get connected allowing you to collaborate with other organisations locally, nationally, or even around the world.
Connectors - Parent and Child Licence Centres
Only Licence Centre Administrators can create or approve connections. All Licence Centres have at least one named Administrator but can have more. The person who registers for a Licence will be the default Licence Centre Administrator.
On Subscription Licence Plans with Parent Privileges the Administrator will be sent their Centre's unique Connector Code as part of the onboarding process. It will look something like this: XYZ123-456ABC
It is possible to have more than one Licence Centre Admin - in fact this is something we recommend to avoid a 'single point of failure'. Upgrading to the Licence Centre Admin role is currently handled by RM - contact us with your request and we will get right to it!
REMEMBER! Only Plans with Parent privileges have Connector Codes and as such are the only ones who can create Multi-Centre sessions. All Plans have child privileges can therefore participate in any Multi-Centre session they are invited to.
Connectors and Datashare
We provide Connectors with and without Datashare capability.
- Connectors With Datashare: These allow Parent Centres to effectively sit within Child centres. This may be useful in scenarios where there is a need to provide support or have access to session data
- Connectots Without Datashare: These do not allow direct access to Child Centres
