Ordering

Bespoke Parts

You may have been provided with a bespoke Part(s) by RM or an Accredited Partner. This may for example be part of quotation we provide to you. You should enter these in the box provided using a separate line for each part and including how many Units of each Part you are ordering (see image for example).

Fulfillment

You will receive an auto-response to confirm that we have received your order when you submit an order form. If we have any questions about your order, we will be in touch.

At our first opportunity (Office hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 5 UK time) we will complete the following steps

  1. Issue necessary License Codes and provide on-boarding instructions.
  2. Raise and forward invoices as required.
